Prior to Communication Savvy, Margot led the marketing communications, community relations, and public relations initiatives of leading organizations including: Riverview School; The Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling; The March of Dimes, New Jersey Chapter; the American Diabetes Association, Rhode Island Affiliate; and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, New Jersey Chapter and Cancer Care of New Jersey.

Community is important to Margot. She serves as the Marketing Chair for Philanthropy Day Cape Cod and was on the Board of Directors for the Leadership Cape Cod (formerly Community Leadership Institute) for several years.
